This Website is owned and operated by French Parrow (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”). It offers visitors online french classes and learning resources. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our Website and services. By accessing our Website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Classes Offered
1.1. Information change: We reserve the right to change information about the classes offered on our Website without notice (see here).
1.2. Learning outcome: We are committed to delivering enriching learning experiences tailored to each student. While we strive to facilitate progress in accordance with the specified outcomes for each level (see here), we cannot guarantee that every student will achieve the expected results. This is contingent upon various factors beyond our control, including the student’s level of commitment, existing skill levels, and other individual factors.
2. Students Responsibilities
2.1. Students are responsible for providing accurate information when booking classes.
2.2. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connectivity to participate in online classes.
2.3. Failure to do those specified in Sections 2.1 and 2.2, which results in a no-show or lateness, Section 4.5 applies.
3. Payment & Refund
​3.1. Payment time

3.1.1. Students are required to make advance payments for one month. This payment covers the anticipated number of hours of instruction for the upcoming month.
3.1.2. Section 3.1.1 does not apply to the Test Preparation class, the payment of which must be made in full before the class commences.
3.2. Pricing change — The pricing of our services is subject to occasional adjustments. In the event of any changes, current students will be provided with a two-month advance notice.
3.2. No refund — All payments are non-refundable. It applies to all circumstances, including cancellation of classes, discontinuation of services, or any other reasons.
4. Reschedule & Cancellation
4.1. No cancellation and refund — Once a student has paid for a class or a package of classes, the payment is considered final and the class or classes cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.
4.2. Reschedule notice — Students are allowed to reschedule classes provided that a minimum of 4 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling requests made with less than 4 hours’ notice will not be accepted. The class in question will be considered as conducted and no further rescheduling will be permitted.
4.3. Reschedule by us — In rare instances, we may find it necessary to reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the affected student.
4.4. Reschedule timeframe — Rescheduled hours must be fulfilled within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of the originally scheduled class. If they are not fulfilled within this timeframe, they will be considered as fulfilled and no further rescheduling requests will be permitted. This condition applies to the scenario specified in section 4.3.
4.5. No-show and lateness — If a student fails to attend a scheduled class entirely or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the class will be considered conducted no further rescheduling will be permitted.
5. Discontinuation of Classes
​5.1. Subject to the other terms and conditions, including but not limited to Sections 3 and 4, students may notify us of their intention to discontinue classes at any time.
6. E-books
​6.1. Terms of purchase — We may offer e-books for sale on the Website and reserve the right to modify or discontinue the sale at any time without notice. By purchasing an e-book, you agree to the terms outlined in these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
6.2. No refund — Payment for e-books is non-refundable.
6.3. Access to e-book
6.3.1. Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the e-book for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3.2. In the event of technical issues with e-book access or downloads, please contact our support team for assistance.
6.4. Unauthorized use — You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit the e-book to third parties without our explicit permission. Any unauthorized use may result in the termination of your access and may be subject to legal action.
